When this bag arrived, I found that my skiis were too large to fit in it. I alerted the seller and they immediately sent me out a new bag that fit fine, along with a return label for the old bag. OUTSTANDING service. The bag is very nice, I just wish the zipper went all the way around the bag, which it does not. However, the bag is very handsome and looks durable, and the seller is wonderful.
